  • . I use to come to this location but no longer do. Last week I ordered a big order via mobile ordering. When I got to the store I waited for 5 minutes which seems to be an on going issue. Why if I put in a mobile order am I ALWAYS waiting when I get to the store. Then to make it worse I was told someone else NOT me already picked up my order and they would have to remake it. This has now been a total of 15 minutes since I arrived at the store. I had to leave to take my sons to school. I wasted my time to even put in the order let alone wait for it for no reason. My sons barely made it to school on time. Then I had to sit on hold with their 800 number for 20 minutes to figure out what happened and try to get my money back. If I could give them negative stars I would. Seems customer service and satisfaction is NON existent here.
