  • Went through the drive thru, lady was not friendly when taking my order. She was very rude and seemed annoyed when talking to me. Even when receiving my drinks she looked annoyed and was rude. This is the first I've went through a Starbucks drive thru where they have been unfriendly. I think her name was Brittany.
