This review isn't for food quality or service in general. This review is for an act of shadiness by the person working drive-thru on 11/29/15 at approx. 1pm. I've visited this Arby's drive-thru before within the last two weeks and have spent about $10-$15 that last time, used my credit card and never had to sign for it. This time, they handed me a slip that had no signature line on it and stated "Signature not Required". I let the person know and they said "Your bank doesn't require it, but it's company policy to sign." As I've stated there is nowhere to sign on this slip that looked like a normal receipt. Needless to say I will be eyeballing my account for weeks to come for fraudulent charges.
