  • I really like this hotel. I think it is beautiful and well kept. I did however have a lot of employees this time be absolutely horrible. From bartenders to security, I have not had to deal with this here before. I do think there needs to be more attention to keep people who are not guests in the hotel out of the way. There is so much traffic so even getting to my room to the spa was a challenge because of the crowds which can be annoying. We ordered a ton of food from room service and it was really good. I would also like to suggest having later reservation times for the restaurants. Our flight was delayed and we just missed our 10pm reservation for Prime.
