  • Disappointing. I have a food allergy and made it clearly known to my server. My food came out the first time and the burger temp was swapped with my dining companion. The second time it was served with the allergic food. The third time it was over cooked. The fourth time it came out with the allergy food. And the server exclaimed "no one told me." At the point ... I'm done with burgers. When my bill came... I hoped to not be charged for my burger but was then charged for the fries?! Not nice. I finally had to ask for the Manager. The Manager cane and excused herself for not knowing about my Manager and threw the server under the bus for not telling her. How about being careful of plating food according to the order? Oh well, won't be coming back.
