  • Ken is awesome! We have a situation that needed a lot of expertise. Thank God Ken is so knowledgeable about the laws and their implications. He walked us through every step, very helpful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend to anyone that is struggling with a lease to work with Ken. Somebody has to hold these landlords accountable. These landlords act like they are above the law and don't have to fix things. With Ken, they had to or we could get out of our lease.
