Wanted to send flowers from out of town to a family member having pretty serious surgery. Ordered online easily. Then when they went to deliver, we found out the patient was in ICU and couldn't have flowers. These folks took the order back to the shop, let me know what happened and then called the hospital every day for a week to find out when he was moved out of ICU so they could deliver. He got moved today and he received the flower garden today. He was so pleased and so am I. Top rate, personal touch customer service!
