  • Having just bought a home in Scottsdale, needed to find a good professional cleaning service. After looking at the reviews in Yelp, we tried Tidy Casa. They get 5-stars for outstanding (beyond outstanding) customer service, and 4-stars overall. Here's why: Made the first appointment for a deep-clean, but apparently through a misunderstanding on one of our parts their crew only did a regular cleaning. After a call to the office to express my displeasure (the baseboards weren't clean nor were the ceiling fans), Rachel called me back within two minutes and offered to make it right. We scheduled another crew for later in the week, and they came out last Thursday and did a superb job. We will definitely use Tidy Casa for our ongoing regular cleanings, and a once-per-year deep clean. I would heartily recommend them, although be sure when signing up that you are clear on what level of service you're seeking.
