  • Nobu is of course an amazing restaurant, brand, culture, experience, meal and entrepreneurial experiment. With reluctance, -1 star because: (1) A lot of this food seems to be relying on salt as a crutch; (2) The oven-baked king crab leg was so spicy as to overpower the natural flavor of the sea urchin and the crab itself Nevertheless, highly recommended.
