  • I just recently had to transfer across the country for a new job and had roughly 1 month's time to pack my stuff, find a new place, arrange shipping and then get a tenant into my property without totally draining my savings. I was lucky enough to work with Dave M who from the first moment helped set a price range, handle all inspections, and then expertly marketed my N Scottsdale house. All this while I was across the country (props to the gf too!) and out of contact most of the time. Dave M returned my calls promptly and had answers to all my questions. As a first time owner leasing out a property I couldn't have asked for an easier process. I am also having them manage my property and if it goes as smoothly as the marketing process I will update my review w another 5 stars in about 6 mos.
