| - So, I'm a very tolerant person but oh man, this salon is more like a neighborhood barbershop. Where you walk When I arrived there was no one at the front desk, And then a lady that was sitting on the couch playing on her iPad said can I help you and I was like umm yes, I have a hair appointment and she said with who, so I told her and then so sat down on the couch and she went away for a second then came back and said that the hairdresser would be about five minutes, and then she said that she does facials I said great, Then she brought her phone over and started to show me all her before and after and said it was like $70 so I said no thank you and she said you have time today for a facial I said no but thank you, then she said well I can do body facials also and I'm like no thank you id been sitting there probably a good 20 minutes and another worker comes in and starts talking to who is apparently my hairdresser and says I have to talk to you and I'm thinking she wouldn't do that when she knows I can hear them and that I've been waiting for a good 25 minutes right? No she goes and they talk in the back so I said to myself I'll give her five more minutes and then I'm just going to leave then she came out and got me, just not a great start but I figured I would give it a chance I really wanted my haircut. So we're finally starting to cut my hair and her phone rings, I'm thinking there's no way she's going to take that, right? She does, maybe it's an emergency? Nope she's talking to the real estate agent, OK so it's a long call and she keeps the phone on her ear while she's trying to cut my hair I'm thinking I have never had this experience before she says let's get my husband on the line and then she excuses her self she goes away for like 5 to 10 minutes OK that's done but now she has earbuds in and is still on the call, really? Probably five minutes after that she looks at me and says you're not in a hurry right? I need to go I'll be right back, WTH. But I know it's been an hour into my haircut and she's barely done the backside and her next appointment has just arrived. I told myself well I hope the haircut is good because the customer service is just not. It's a lot shorter than what I asked for but I'll give the place one star as i'm hoping it will grow out nicely but unfortunately I will not be back to a very conveniently located but certainly not worth $45 for a haircut.
