  • This company is completely unprofessional. They were contracted out by a cleaning company I used. Upon completion, the carpets looked fine. Then I noticed a huge mark on my door that was not there prior to the cleaning. When I contacted them, the owner stated I was trying to pull one over on him and was completely rude and unprofessional. Two days later, my carpets are worse than they were prior to them cleaning it. I asked for a refund so I could have them recleaned and the owner said he was "tired of my crap lady." I cannot believe a business owner would begin to speak to a customer like this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I will be reporting to BBB and Angie's list. I am completely appalled by this behavior.
