rev:text	ZERO STARS!!!!!!! When we bought our jeep wrangler(new) they screwed us around, the ol' bait and switch. That's the level of people who work at Bill Luke. Bill Luke Motors should be considered a gang that sells and services cars, not a reputable dealership. The only reason I considered using their service department is because at one point we lost our spare key and went to Bill Luke for a replacement. They gave us the key free of charge($275value) !!! But, two days later a mean woman from Bill Luke called demanding we come back in and pay $275!!! We had a receipt that they gave us at the same time as the key that says our warranty covered it. The invoice showed 0.00 dollars owed. Obviously we didn't pay them for it. So I we needed new tires . The tires on our jeep were 35x12.50x17 and that is the size we asked for, but we wanted them in A/T not full off-road tires. Ken told me he could meet all my requirements except for one, 35 would now be a 34,. All other measurements would be identical. They put a completely different size Tires than we asked for. It's my wife's vehicle and we picked it up at night so she didn't realize the difference. When she got home and I saw the tires I was pissed. These guys took advantage of a woman probably because they didn't think she would see the difference. Well, her husband can tell when the tires you put on my wife's jeep are 3 inches skinnier than what was on there. Bottom line, They are good tires, but wrong size 285/75/17 is less than 35x12.50x17. They refuse to do anything to make us happy. They lie to your face.
