  • Not sure why they have 2 stars or more. First of all, I made appt and had to wait another 20 minutes. In total I was there close to 4 to leave with orange highlights (its horrible) I have never had such a bad hair experience by a stylist/colorist. Paid over $110 and they threw in the hair cut free but they knew they messed up my hair. Businesses should be fined to let stylist damage hair and continue with no reprimand. Today, I'm getting hair fixed by the salon I usual go to and I'm so happy and relieved. I will never go back to Arizona Hair company or recommend them!!!
