  • I just picked up a new road bike that was reduced because it was during the Trek Summer sale. Rob was really helpful guiding me on selecting the right size and best bike for my budget. I had a fitting with John and I feel like he made the bike very comfortable for me. John has over 30 years of experience working in bike shops and is very skilled at bike fitting. He took his time doing several measurements and making adjustments. I like that they focus on a few brands of bikes (primarily Trek - the world's largest bike company) and so know their products really well. One thing that convinced me to by from them and not the other shop down the street was meeting another customer in the store who spoke very highly of the staff and his many years' relationship with them ("like a family doctor you trust").
