  • Called ahead for a 2017 Silverado oil change. Only scheduled an appointment because the service advisor said my extended warranty included oil changes. She then told me it also had free tire rotations and I should take advantage of that. When I arrived at my appointment they said there was no warranty and I had to pay for both the pool change and tire rotation. Complete joke. They played ignorant when mentioned the only reason I scheduled my appointment here was due to what I was told over the phone. The Chevrolet free maintenance oil change and tire rotation was not cheap. This dealership is not professional whatsoever. Called 2 other dealerships in the area and was advised my extended warranty covered this cost. Dealership refused it. I remember why I bought from Courtesy Chevrolet now. I originally came into Earnhardt Chevrolet on the 2016 Silverado specials since I live down the street. The salesman was either new or just terrible at his job. Never called me with what I asked for. Courtesy offered a better discount on a 2017 model at the time, deal was actually better than the specials on the 2016 models. Had a fantastic experience at Courtesy. Only reason I came into Earnhardt for service is because when I spoke to the service writer on the phone, she guaranteed great service and told me my warranty covered everything only to find out it covered nothing and the service guy was very unprofessional. I do not recommend this dealership even if it's more conveniently located.
