TAMMY and CHARLES are the most unprofessional associates I have ever dealt with in customer relations. I'm not a yelper in any means but I am also a manager in customer service and if these two individuals worked for my company I would promote them to customers real quick. They do not know how to calm a bad situation down at all. The real manager came in and was very professional and helped out the situation but CHARLES basically yelled at us and walked away like a little you know what. We sat at the airport for 3 hours as our flight was delayed and then they boarded early and claimed to call it out but CHARLES couldn't even pronounce my name. When I asked him to say my last name he told me to say my last name. I'm pretty sure if I heard even a slight mispronounciation in my name like I have heard all my life I would have jumped up and said HEY that's me. I will never fly with this clown of a company again.
