  • The fries were great, no complaints there. And the curds tasted good and had the right texture. But most importantly, the gravy. Unfortunately, it is terrible. How can you be a self-proclaimed poutinerie and have such crappy gravy? It reminded me of the cornstarched, bland mess that you'd find at Harvey's. It is supposed to be a deep, dark, beefy gravy -- not a slimy, bland thing you'd find at St. Hubert's in 1985.
