| - I can't say anything about his work, but his professionalism needs a lot of work. First, I tried contacting him through his website for a quote, but he didn't even get back to me until two weeks later when I had already forgotten about him. He emailed me, saying I should call or text him to get a response. I did and still, he only requested my information saying he would get back to me ASAP. nothing. I had to text him again the day before I was hoping to get an appointment to see if he had an open spot, and he was the one who offered the 3:30 slot, to which I said yes. The next day, I'm waiting around and planning my day around him coming, and 4:00 rolls around and I'm trying to text him asking if he was lost or if he was even still planning on coming. Still nothing. I call and he tells me he JUST got off his first job and I was his third. I asked him when he was planning on being able to come and he tells me 7:00 but will call me when he's done. I didn't get a call until 8:30 at night and at that point, I was pretty much done. Even under the assumption that his day was a fluke and that his first job was absorbingly more complicate than it had seemed, a simple notification of his situation and I probably would have still one business with him. But his disorganization and lack of communication diminished his reliability, and I wouldn't want anyone like that working on my bike.
