I don't know where to start so I'll just list my experience in numerical format.
1. You will need to take two shuttles to the rental establishment. One from the airport to the central rental location and then another one to the Fox building (off-site).
2. Long lines. I waited about an hour.
3. Customer Service phone line - waited a combination of approximately 45 minutes to speak to a representative (needed to extend my reservation for a week).
4. If you do extend your reservation, YOUR DEPOSIT will be utilized to cover the costs; not your credit card on file (after the rep asks you for permission to run your card). The representative on the phone failed to tell me this on the phone. I learned about this when I turned in my vehicle. My refund was no more than $14.00. **BEWARE**
I didn't have a problem with this company UNTIL I had to extend my reservation AND then I was told that my deposit was used to cover the extension. I will need to check my credit card charges to ensure I didn't incur twice the amount. Had I known this, I would have returned the car and then rented through another company.
Spend the extra $4-$10/day and take your business somewhere else. They're cheap for a reason so please be careful. Lastly, give yourself about a 3-hour head start in the case that you do run into problems. Definitely return your car between 2AM-4AM as there was no line and the shuttle was readily available for transportation back to the central rental hub.
