  • Community's biggest asset, and what sets them apart from all of the other places for tires and car repair in the Metro Center area, is their people. Jeff, Tami, Jason, Jose, Ignacio and D (hope I didn't forget anyone), thanks you for ... * Your genuineness, professionalism, product and service knowledge, and making me feel like I made the choice to come to Community beginning with when I set up the appointments all the way through when I left . I thought I was special, until I saw you did the same for everyone else * Answering my multiple of questions on options for the two parts I need for my car, and the tires. * Pointing out the tire wear, but not putting pressure on me to buy (bought one.. Will come back for the other ones I need soon). * Playing detective to figure out which of four possible parts was causing the clicking air conditioner noise. * Checking on me outside when someone approached me supposedly for change. * The quick amount of time for fixing my window. All this and more made yesterday and today one of the best product/service experiences I have EVER had (not just in the auto industry).
