  • If I could give negative stars, I would. This is one of the most unprofessional establishments I have visited. The multiple times I have come, they have been within their open operating hours, but no employee shows up. When one does, he or she is rude, apathetic, and quite frankly, doesn't look in the best interests of the business. They check people's membership a quarter of the time. If the business owner was smart, he would fire and replace his entire staff. The place also smells disgusting. Don't waste your time or money. The only way this place will learn its lesson is if it goes out of business. If anyone is looking for a good business opportunity, opening a gym in downtown Cleveland is it. This is the only gym downtown, and it's pathetic.
