  • I called Stevens Plumbing, Inc. on a Wednesday morning after discovering that my air conditioning was no longer working. They had a technician out to the house to the house on the same day. His diagnosis of the problem made sense to me and he proposed a few different solutions. The best solution for me was to replace the furnace entirely (which houses the fan that drives heat and A/C through the ducts). The company was able to complete the installation the next morning. Overall, they did exactly what they said they would do at each step of the way. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend Stevens Plumbing again and appreciate their same-day response to service calls.
