rev:text	the worst bmw i have ever been to. the only bmw dealership that charges you extra for service!! prices on website and appointment site are completely fraud. one of the advisors was high as a kite when i spoke with him. it is sad to know people with little to no bmw knowledge are working on our precious german engineering. this location needs to staff quality mechanics and advisors who know what they are doing with a bmw!! it is completely ridiculous that in the 4 times i have gotten an oil change every single time they forget to reset my light so it always shows i still need an oil change. it was fine the first two times but this is unacceptable and shows they are completely incompetent. if you didn't get your bmw here they will treat you like a bum!!!! terrible customer service, terrible service all around!! i almost upgraded my car here but after this service pls stay away! hopefully bmw henderson has quality service, and will assist with my vehicle upgrade
