First night, heat did not work, asked to have fixed the next morning and still broke. Called again later in the day and then someone came to say it is broke.
They moved me to a new room, after packing up all my stuff, got to the new room and the keys did not work.
After talking to management, all is good and the GM cares. Said discussions will be held to help improve their service and The maintenance man that did help me will be recognized.
