| - I visited this restaurant with my son yesterday (Sat) around 2pm.
When we went in, 2 people there (assumed they were owners?) were taking lunch, but was greeted and seated immediately.
I read some review here saying it's "authentic", and that's why I wanted to try.
The thing is, I don't know how authentic pho supposed to taste like lol Never visited Vietnam or had a bowl of pho there. So if I was told this is authentic pho, all I can say is "okay" :D
Simply based on my preference, broth was tad a bit sugary. But besides that, there's no harsh saltiness, good depth in broth, fresh garnishes, plenty of meat; it was overall pretty good.
One thing I appreciated the most here is, when ordered, I only ordered one pho, and asked for extra bowl so I can share with my son.
When the extra bowl came out, it was accompanied by a pair of food scissors if you're a parent, you know how much this small consideration was appreciated.
Good customer service! Good food! I will stop by again :)
