  • Parking Tickets are a hassle...getting one and paying for one. I live outside the GTA so when I got a parking ticket in Toronto (the parking ticket control office must have had a field day camped out in front of a spot that has 3 signs and none make sense). I wanted to fight it but I don't have the time or effort to bother. I took photos, made notes as I wanted to fight the ticket because it was dubious and ambiguous and was a tax grab. If I ran the meter out then I know I was at fault, but if I park and the sign says I can park there then no issue, look behind the tree and there is another sign saying you cant, and 4 feet away there is another sign. Which is right? I heard these guys on the radio and I thought this is what I need...some guys that sort out parking tickets. I went to their web site and went through the process and goodbye ticket. They have been very busy and now even can assist with license plate renewals and my submission got glitched in their system due to the rapid growth these guys are going through. The president called me personally and quickly resolved my issue within an hour when I contacted their customer service team.
