rev:text	DONT JOIN HERE!!! I've been a member of many gyms in the past 30 years, and never had such a negative experience! I joined recently, for a place to go during the hot Phoenix summer, when jogging outside is just impossible on my work schedule. Thought I'd do some weights too, since I was already there. After working around a huge, steroid enhanced guy who was monopolizing a weight machine, I went up to him and said, "Excuse me, will you be much longer?" I'm used to having them respond either that I can cut in and do a set, or telling me they'll be done shortly. Instead, this HUGE guy gets in my face and says, "I'll be done when I'm done!" Given the fact I'm a 5'2" middle-aged woman, I didn't feel as if he had to respond in such an aggressive way. I went to the front desk, and told the manager what happened. He then proceeded to tell me the guy was his friend, and 100% defended him. I left, upset and feeling scared about going back if this was their attitude. When I did go back today (with my husband for support), I was informed they had REVOKED MY MEMBERSHIP!! Wow!!! This is obviously not a place I will ever endorse or even want to be near ever again. My husband (a lawyer) will be contacting their corporate office to be sure they don't try and charge me cancellation fees, monthly fees, etc. I hope they don't try, because that will take my disappoint and disgust to a whole other level. In summary, just STAY AWAY!! Go somewhere else that supports their customers, instead of shafting them, as they did to me.
