  • If I ever need to board my cat "Baby Sweet Cheeks" again I'm coming back here. After dropping in on several others I was uncomfortable. I stopped by unannounced here also & the young ladies at the front were very pleasant, answering my questions. I was surprised to learn the cats were boarded upstairs in an apartment with an attendant. I then asked if I could see what it looked like, the desk checked to see if Natalie was available. From the moment I saw her apartment, which was clean, with no odor. The kitty there was happy & how she cared for them I was sold. She has cats so she understands them. She gives them personal loving attention. It was an all around excellent facility, but honestly to me it's the people. The manager, front desk to Natalie was superb! I would like to add that after I brought him home he will now go to other family members for attention which he had no interest before. Big thank you to Natalie!
