  • I am an ordinary residential customer and have been dealing with UPS for less for close to 5 years now. I use their UPS 7 or 8 of them in total on my computers, my stereo equipment and my aquariums. I find them every bit as reliable as new ones but at a fraction of new cost. Their warranty is excellent and they back it up 100%. Support when you have a rare problem is where they really shine. They also treat all customers well large or small. As long as they are in business I will be their customer. Really there are many pros to dealing with them and no cons. Thanks again Andy for taking care of my problem with the Tripp-lite unit today!!!!!!!!
