I have lived in a Wylie apartment for three years, and I cannot say enough good things about them as a management company. They have a dedicated repair hotline - a huge plus, especially in buildings that are decades or 100 years old - there are going to be issues that pop up. My building has had it's share - gas line repair, water pressure issues, etc. Wylie was always extremely communicative throughout these issues, providing status updates and outlining who was doing what (i.e., PWSA was tearing up the road, Peoples was cutting into the sidewalk). They take the time to go the extra mile and keep tenants informed, which is appreciated.
I have always found them to be incredibly reasonable and quick to reply to phone calls and emails (usually same day, or at the latest, within 24 hours).
I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience renting with Wylie and cannot recommend them highly enough.
