  • Durand Bridal has the best customer service of any bridal store in the city but they can still improve. Leslie and Brenda are super friendly and patient. They honestly make you feel like family as soon as you walk in to the store. They don't rush you and they go above and beyond to make you and your party feel welcome. Even if you don't day yes to the dress here, you'll still have a great experience at Durand. The prices are affordable and aren't terribly expensive. One thing they could work on is answering inquiries. They are TERRIBLE at answering the phone and responding to emails because they're so focused on in-store customers. I found it really frustrating when I needed to know the status of my dress and they wouldn't answer their phones or even reply to my emails. The easiest solution to this would be to hire a receptionist. Other than that, go here if you're looking for a dress and great service at reasonable prices!
