  • This place is great if you're looking for unique shoes. My boyfriend and I drove all around Scottsdale on his birthday to find a pair of Air Max's in a select color way. We had a feeling that High Point would carry them so we headed over there. We immediately found them on the way and both got excited. However, no one offered any help for at least 15-20 minutes. My boyfriend felt that he didn't need to ask for help and that the men working should have customer service experience to approach us. Especially since we were in the shoe section the whole time. My boyfriend was standing with the shoe in his hand ready to ask for the size he needed, while I sat down from impatience. Finally my boyfriend ended up walking to the counter and breaking up the conversation that the men were having to finally get their attention. (Annoying). Luckily they had the size he needed and he purchased them as a present for himself. Other than the great selection of shoes...I would've given this store a MUCH lower rating.
