  • Like most food in Surprise it is mediocre at best. The locals love the all you can eat French toast- where the morbidly obese come to eat Lots of people just getting coffee. If you have the money go to Panera right down the street. Surprise seems to be a city where, for retirees, the quality of food does not matter. It's the price and the happy hours that drive the business
