  • My clothes dryer died about 6 months ago, and I called Frazier Appliance based on a recommendation. They were very courteous, and Ron arrived on time to take a look. He investigated and explained clearly what was wrong, and what my options were. (fix it or replace it) He gave me his opinion but was clearly not trying to maximize his fees. I elected to fix it and he explained that we need to order parts. Ron is very patient and professional. They called after the appointment to tell me that they ordered the parts, and when they were expected to arrive. They called again to update me on the status a few days later, and to schedule another appointment to fix the dryer. At the agreed time, he arrived and fixed the dryer successfully, and it is still running today. I was very impressed with this company's communication, professionalism, skill with appliances, and reasonable prices. I will definitely call them again when I have appliance issues.
