  • AVOID AT ALL COSTS REQUIRE YOUR AGENT TO USE A DIFFERENT TITLE COMPANY. They are not great at their jobs, and very flippant with large amounts of money. I have two large issues with them: 1. They did not provide closing documents until the day of closing. I had no chance to review them. Then when I said I needed time to review them they were frustrated 2. I signed closing documents with agent commission of $9,200. The day of funds transfer they called and left a voicemail saying "whoops, it should have been $11,300, our bad, we're wiring the extra money to your agent". When I called back they wouldn't answer the phone (it was only 25 minutes after they called me. I followed up with my agent, and the 9200 was correct. This company is not competent and will not care for your money
