  • Recently our pt-bull/lab mix was laid to rest, she had developed cancer, although heartbreaking we knew she only had a few weeks left. I found PALS online, and called ahead of time to get information, making sure our "China" would be well taken care of after her passing. Nick took care of us as soon as we arrived, he was warm and welcoming, we were able to tour the facility as we made arraignments. I have never toured a cremation facility, I immediately felt relieved knowing it was real and legit. My mind was at ease, and I knew we had made the right decision to have PALS through this difficult process. Nick sent us a condolences card a few days after, it took less than a week and we had "Chinas" ashes back, where we will be taking her to her favorite park, this is where she was her Happiest. Thanks Nick, your Awesome!!
