  • I had heard so many good things about Sugarmoon, but was afraid to take the trek to their Danforth location.. so I was thrilled when I discovered this location! While it's kind of hard to find the first time (it's tucked away inside 2 College Street), when you get there you will be happy you did. The space is instantly transformed into a spa - with light colours and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms themselves are clean and peaceful (definitely need a peaceful environment if you're going to get your hair ripped out). They're very minimalist as well, which I appreciate from a decor perspective. The technicians are very friendly and professional. They're also the masters of small talk - which is a great distraction from the pain (which really, exists, but is bearable). I definitely recommend sugaring - I'm so satisfied with the results - I find it lasts longer than waxing and makes my skin feel much better! While the prices are a little high, it's definitely worth it for the clean, professional environment and quality results!
