| - First time I've ever been to an oyster bar. Prices were phenomenal for what was being served.
One thing that I cannot stand is horrible customer service. The chef was great until he had the look of impatience on his face. Look dude, my first time going give me a break. I'm a customer, you're the employee. Help me to help you.
Farha was great, however, standing there talking to your coworkers in the doorway that faces the bar where I was sitting, not good. Because we wanted to be updated on our bread basket but instead we had to ask the cook, who was the bartender, server, chef, and maitree d'. Horrible customer service, food was great. Sounds like an F &B manager needs to revamp the staffing, and training material.
