  • The place is A-May-Zing!!!!!! The atmosphere is super chill and relaxed. The only thing is during the day the tables near the door are super hot! Try not to sit here..... The food is not oily and greasy, the Hire katsu is perfect and comes with rice, miso soup and shredded cabbage with a dressing on the side. The miso soup is the best tasting that I have ever had! I have been to a lot of Japanese restaurants, fancy ones and simple ayce types!!! None of them compare to this place... As far as the miso soup goes. If you are into Japanese food and love miso soup must try.. Let's move on to the Hire katsu.... Perfect portions and juicy! The breading is perfect and so good. This place has it down to a science. The sesame seed katsu sauce is perfect to compliment.. Don't forget to grind the sesame seeds! Now let's move on to service... The girl that was servicing us never came back to check on us? Not once, just dropped off the food and left..... Hmmmm strange considering that the only other table in there was sitting at the bar.... The other couple on the side table was just talking and drinking water, they were done eating ages ago!!!!! Bad move I am a 20%. Tipper, not today......... This is the reason for the 4 stars not five! With all that said I will continue to eat here as this is the only place in vegas that has Tonkatsu that is worth driving here for!!!!!
