  • I got the groupon for this and upgraded for the monthly plan where you can get everything done. It's a weird little office and the first time I went I couldn't even find it since there was no signage for it. The first technician I had (I've had a new one every time) was very strange and unprofessional. She didn't have any of my correct paperwork and the price they were charging was different than I had been quoted over the phone. I was not happy that first visit, I felt very uncomfortable. I went back for my second appointment with low expectations. It was much improved for that go around. The technician had "moved on" and the new one was lovely. She explained things much better and even gave me a cover-up to use. While the office itself is still a little strange, old and drab looking, the service has gotten better with each visit (I'm on my 4th). In the end, it's worth it for me to pay the monthly price to get everything done. I rarely feel any pain, just the cold air that blows with the laser.
