  • Wonderful little coffee window in the Union at Biltmore Fashion Plaza. The barista was friendly, and knowledgeable. I ordered a macchiato and he rightly checked to make sure I did not want a sugary monstrosity from Starbucks. The coffee was fresh ground well packed, and the dollop of foam was nice. Would perhaps have wanted a bit more of a "peak" on the froth but that is just being picky. The macchiato tasted smooth... clearly the coffee was high quality (they roast their own) , well packed and the water was hot enough. I did not notice what type of machine they had, but definitely top notch.
