Sad day. We go away to relax and get away. We reserve the SUITE. Get here find out we can't get to our room unless we go around the whole building. We like the bigger rooms.. so ok. No big deal. We unload... Take the hike in 105 degrees.. to the 4th floor... JUST for the room to NOT be ready. No one been in there since last folks had the room. So we take the hike back down... To the lobby... Ask them to give us a room that's ready and we get a room on second floor. Smaller.... And a coupon for 2 free drinks. OK. I to mention the lessor rate between the rooms. The gal at the front desk who lets just say.... Was not too customer oriented.... Says oh I'm sure there's a difference and I will talk to my manager.... UGH. IM TIRED. I JUST CAME HERE TO RELAX. So much for that right. In our new room... Yep... Dirty q-tip on the floor. I'm just done. But hey.... We got 2 free drinks right??? I would fire my entire staff if they treated ANY OF MY CUSTOMERS THIS WAY.
SO DONE. And we are here the whole weekend.
