  • I have been shopping in Ulta several times. Most of the time it is under staffed. I've only ran into one rude employee who was actually a manager. Other than that bad experience, it is a great store. Very clean and mostly organized. Working retail in the past, it's hard to keep a store that big very organized, especially if they are under staffed.
