  • Nice enough guys but unreliable and false promises. My father bought a $2,800 safe from them and he died about a year later. Figuring they must be a great company because my father used them, I decided to contact them to arrange the removal of the safe and shipping to my place. Well... months later, it arrived and they did a terrible job of preparing it for shipping. The pristine polished metal handles were just thrown in the bottom of the safe. Of course, they arrived scarred and damaged. Fast forward another two months, the owner still hasn't sent the new handles and now he just ignores my messages and won't take my calls. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! If you don't care about customer service or follow up then go for it.
