  • I found Advance Gas Fireplace repair through a search engine and called Charlie and got voicemail, he promptly called me back. We set up an appointment for the next morning and he showed up on the agreed time and did an inspection of the fireplace and it was working in no time. After Charlie left I turn the fireplace on and it would not start. I called Charlie back and he agreed to come back the next morning, a Sunday. He showed up right on time and diagnosed the problem as an intermittent problem with the switch which he replaced. The unit is working fine now. Charlie came back and fixed the issue with no additional charge even though he had to replace a part on the unit. I highly recommend Charlie and his company. The total cost for both visits and the replacement part was $90.
