  • What a shame, lake Las vegas is gorgeous but Lake Las Vegas Water Sports customer service is complete trash! I don't know who runs this but you are extremely unprofessional. My boyfriend bought two tickets to the neon kayaking experience; it cost $85 dollars for the two person kayak and they cancelled last minute due to weather conditions. We were complelty understanding and we were sent an email saying we could schedule for another event. Two weeks later and we are still calling them and have not received a call back or a pick up from an actual human being. We text them given the number provided and again, receive an electronic response that was completely useless. I'm just wondering, does anyone work here? Or do you just use a computer to take people's money and not call them back when you can't provide the service? Anyway we still have spent the $85 and haven't been provided an experience besides a big headache !
