  • I rate 4 stars because I compare Shuhei to all Japanese resturants I had before when I lived in New York and Seattle. For Cleveland area, I'd love to give 5 stars for its excellent service and various of foods. I would say it is the best Japanese resturant around this area. Plenty of choices on the menu. Sashimi is pretty decent and fresh. Panko Chicken(????is a bit dry but taste good. My friend had Tofu Udon, and she likes it. The service and the resturant's decoration is definately give a bonus. Waitresses wear Kimono, which makes me cant help but speaking Japanese to them when I order my food. Really good envrionment.
