  • On June 3rd, after a terrible experience in the Verizon Boca Park location, I went to the Downtown Summerlin location. What a difference a great Manager makes! Eric Casucci greeted me authentically, (you know, like he really wanted to help) and assisted me in a new IPhone purchase. He was wonderfully knowledgeable, professional, while keeping a eye on the store and his associates, which is exactly what a great Manager should do. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I left completely happy and confident in my purchase. Thank You Eric for being so perfectly inspiring to me that caring individuals can also be great Managers! Verizon, are you listening?
