  • Despite the sub-par experiences of others - my rental experience with the Thrifty at Sky Harbor was superb. While other car rental companies had long lines, my wait to check in was under a minute. The process was extremely painless and the associate went out of his way to provide me with a map of Phoenix along with different areas to check out and did so in a very friendly and helpful manner. Picking up and dropping off the car were even easier and I'm 99% positive that I paid less than others around. Very pleased with my first go with Thrifty to say the least.
